coinor-libcoinutils0 software package provides Coin-or collection of utility classes, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libcoinutils0
coinor-libcoinutils0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libcoinutils0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libcoinutils0 *
